The hotel had a nice cosy feel and everything we needed for our 4-day break. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with Mark making one of the best breakfasts on the Fylde coast. The service was lovely, friendly, and extremely helpful. The location was convenient, not far from the town center and the beach. The dining experience was lovely and more than filling. The facilities were nice, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and great quality offerings.

The hotel is not only clean and tidy but also cleverly positioned away from the noise of the seafront while still only a short 10-minute walk from the beach, shops, and amusements. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures shown during booking and were nicely decorated. The breakfasts were well up to standard, providing great value for money. Joe and Sandra's hospitality was exceptional, making it a highly recommendable and a definite return destination.

The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, although some aspects could be improved like the soft and springy mattress that caused us to roll into the middle of the small double bed. The room was clean and well-equipped, but the absence of a mirror made it challenging for getting ready.
